The bike showed up in good shape overall, with no major scratches or damage. The box was kind of beat up, which made me nervous at first, but thankfully everything inside was okay. I did have to spend a while checking all the parts, mostly because the communication wasn’t very clear about what to expect or what should be included, which was a bit annoying. Nothing was missing in the end, so I’m happy with the bike, but the packaging and instructions could definitely be better.

I’d still consider ordering from them for the prices, but if something goes wrong under warranty, don’t expect it to be super smooth.
